Dr. Richard Hughes served as a Superintendent for over 10 years. In recognition of his achievements, he was named 2017 Superintendent of the Year by NYSCATE and selected as a LELA Fellow in 2015. Currently he is Education Champion working to improve the lives of those entering our schools.
