Angelique is an entrepreneur whose passion is to help others overcome gravity and climb to success. From basketball training organizations and landscaping companies to indoor playgrounds and private elementary schools, Angelique has coached many entrepreneurs and helped them start and/or grow their dream companies. Angelique has created business plans, strategic growth plans, speeches, and executive presentations for startups and existing businesses across various industries.
In addition to her career as a business coach and entrepreneur, Angelique Pierce has over 19 years of combined experience in management/leadership, process improvement, business strategy, marketing, etc. She has devoted the last 17 years to the automotive and trucking industries working for the Daimler brand of companies. Today, Angelique is a continuous improvement and change management coach, supporting the dealer network of Daimler Trucks North America (Freightliner Trucks), the #1 heavy-duty truck manufacturer in North America. She conducts trainings and workshops and provides other business support in order to help those dealerships streamline processes, increase profitability, and improve company culture. Angelique is a member of Women in Trucking and was the first African-American woman to serve as a board member of the national Used Truck Association. She has also been a keynote speaker, presenter, facilitator, panel member, and high-stakes moderator for various trucking industry conferences and events.
She earned both an MBA (Marketing) and a MS (Integrated Marketing Communications) from Loyola University Chicago in 2007, as well as a BA Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University in 2000. Angelique is the proud mommy of her seven-year old, sassy, smart princess.
