As a Creativity + Executive Coach, certified coach supervisor, workshop facilitator, and performance poet, Paul’s life and career has been dedicated to the field of self-development, and to affecting positive change through play, storytelling, and powerful conversations, initially as a psychotherapist and now as a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. As a certified LEGO® Serious Play® methods coach, Paul supports his clients, young and the young at heart, to think with their hands and create LEGO® ARTifacts that, with reflective question prompts, allows them to make meaning of old self-limiting stories or create new resourceful ones. Paul holds a Master’s in Psychology – Marriage & Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is also the Principal/Head Launch Coach for super9solutions, llc., an Erickson Certified Professional Coach with Erickson Coaching International. In addition to his certification in Coaching Supervision with the Goldvarg Consulting Group, he is a Certified DRiV/DRiV360 Consultant, a Certified Values Coach, and a Certified Team Prelude facilitator.
